He not only put up with my questions, but he also even answered them all, lol. A great guy! I get the same mechanic every time I go in for something and the work he does is exceptional. I wish I knew his name, but I don't. I never had a better experience at any dealer! Thank you both! More

In my previous posts I stated how awful customer service is, in both the sales and service departments. Purchased my 2023 Jeep on May 6 and had to return it immediately because it had hail damage from being in the lot. They fixed the damage but left glue and scratches where the work was done. Both the service assistant manager and my salesperson did not return calls. Watch for the canned response from them here. I'll keep you all posted. More

I have had the worst experience with this dealership. My jeep that I bought on March 23rd is sitting in my driveway with the tags having run out. Elgin failed to file them in a timely maner. This is after they failed to prosses the loan on time with Ally and and I received a phone call saying my first payment was late when I haven't ever received anything in the mail or notification. Now they wont respond to emails or text messages. So basically once they get your money they could care less. More
Horrible experience. First, I discovered the new Jeep Wrangler I purchased had hail damage on the hood. After taking it back to be repaired, they returned it a mess - hood full of dried glue and a scratch. I never got a survey for that service visit (they knew I'd provide a negative review). And my salesperson Taylor said she or they would contact me about it - never did. And I never received my review for Taylor or the experience in general. Not one. Imagine having your new car returned in that condition and having service and the salesperson ignore you? I do not recommend this dealer. Once you leave the lot they could care less. More

They valued my time and took into consideration my expectations throughout the shopping process. I inspected many vehicles, all with features and amenities, which I wanted, and I was pleased to have a broad selection to choose from. I assessed the service area and staff, all of which appeared to work seamless together. In most cases, a car can be a car, but here, buying the car, turned into a favorable ‘experience’. Patel was my sales person, and Paul approved the final deal. The finance department respect my wishes and offered their products, rather than pushing the “hard sell“. Again, all I can offer is that this was a great experience. More
