If you are wondering if this dealership has turned around yet. I have bad news. They take minimum a week to look at your vehicle with an appointment and will be rude to you during it! I was hoping the shop was caught up by now after a year of being backed up but NOPE! Instead they decided to get rid of their entire old team of advisors who were actually helpful and the shop is still backed up. With the old employees, I didn't mind driving the extra distance and spending a little bit for my vehicle because they communicated everything and helped me out! Now, I get dirty looks and am ignored by this department! Specifically, there were two gentleman who used to sit together at the end of the row of desks. One with tattoos and a younger one with black hair. Both were great at communicating everything and always seemed like they worked together as a team to provide me and husband the best service. With everyone gone now we will be taking our vehicle to a different CDJR closer to us! More

Not a good experience visiting CDJR after end of the working day and getting insulted by the Manager. Wouldn't recommend that you visit this dealer, no communication skills at all and lack simple skills working day and getting insulted by the Manager. Wouldn't recommend that you visit this dealer, no communication skills at all and lack simple skills to run the dealership; took my info but refused to provide a quotation for a vehicle I was interested in, this all occurred with the manager, while speaking to me he was extremely abrupt, rude, and had no interest in discussing the vehicle to me. He had a very high argumentative tone and upon me furthering inquiring for a quotation, he just got up and left the desk saying that "we aren't here for shop arounds", which should never be said in that setting. Will not be returning to this dealership and recommend you don't either for your own sanity. Poor service, lack basic communication skills, extreme rudeness and lack what it takes to run a dealership. More
No-nonsense pricing (mostly), low pressure, friendly Sales staff. Maybe three hours from entering the showroom to driving home in my new car (shorter than average, in my experience). I inquired about a new Jeep Gladiator and discussed the vehicle I wanted to trade in. I provided all necessary information and did a trade appraisal on their website. The trade appraisal was 5k under what vehicle I wanted to trade in. I provided all necessary information and did a trade appraisal on their website. A competitor offered me 7k over their offer for the trade and the rep who called me didn’t even make an effort to get the sale. 2 days later I receive an email regarding the inquiry and if they could reach out to follow up. I immediately reply if they’re willing to match their competitors trade value I will listen to what they have to say. Needless to say crickets; not an email, text or call. More

I called to ask questions and they would not give answers. It's their “policy” to only give that information if you are in the showroom. I bet if you go in for that car you really love and you aren't military, a veteran, first responder, etc., etc., the price shoots up $3-5000. Dishonest, false advertising! Is this place owned by Napelton? Buyer Beware!!! One more thing…all the great reviews they are getting? Consider the possibility that they are asking people to leave those. I've been asked to do the same thing at other dealerships! Check out reviews on the service department. Those seem a bit more realistic. More
