In my previous posts I stated how awful customer service is, in both the sales and service departments. Purchased my 2023 Jeep on May 6 and had to return it immediately because it had hail damage from being in the lot. They fixed the damage but left glue and scratches where the work was done. Both the service assistant manager and my salesperson did not return calls. Watch for the canned response from them here. I'll keep you all posted. More

I have had the worst experience with this dealership. My jeep that I bought on March 23rd is sitting in my driveway with the tags having run out. Elgin failed to file them in a timely maner.
