This dealerships management is uninformed and use bullying techniques. When challenged on pricing for the car or add on packages they would ramble on and say this dealership does not do it that way a bullying techniques. Told me a part went bad that I had been replaced less than a year ago and was under warranty, and was not in stock, the adviser said that I could come in the following Wednesday, when I was available, than a year ago and was under warranty, and was not in stock, the adviser said that I could come in the following Wednesday, when I was available, when i arrived for the second time, the adviser that said he would be there was not there so talked to another adviser who stated I did not have an appointment, he check and said I was not secluded for an appointment the part was never ordered due to to it was in stock, so I made another appointment to come in when I could. When I came in and they replaced the part they stated that another part went bad due to the faulty parts that was installed and want to charge me over a thousand dollars to replace that part that the adviser claimed went bad, I feel if the part when bad due to a faulty part you put in it should or replace or prorated. Every time I come here there is an issue. I’m done with this dealership More
