This is my first service visit to what is a local, relatively small Jeep dealership close to my home. I previewed reviews before taking my truck to Feeny's service department. There were negative comments which caused me to hesitate. Still, I like to make my own judgments. First impressions are that Feeny is a small operation that's eager for business. Christian Olvera in particular was very professional / helpful. I'll post an update if I run into problems with this dealership but right now, I believe Elgin needs Feeny and Feeny needs local patrons. I look forward to doing business with this dealer/service department in the future. I hope others in the Chicago Northwest Suburbs feel the same. You'll get personal service here. P.S. Love my Grand Cherokee. My first Chrysler product. No regrets so far. More
Dean beat everyone's price on a special order Jeep Wrangler. Two weeks ago I applied online for financing. I received a call back on a Monday which I missed and tried to call back several times the next few days, each time receiveing the run around that Larry was not a call back on a Monday which I missed and tried to call back several times the next few days, each time receiveing the run around that Larry was not there. Finally two days later I received a call back to be told he was just verifying that a "real person" applied and that after speaking to me he would process the application. I then received a call back that same day that I was approved and asked what car was I interested in. I told him the car I wanted and was told that it had sold already but there was one same make/model different color available. I told them I had wanted the special navigation/radio/back up camera option that was on the one which had sold and was told they could put it in this car that was available and that I would receive a call and/or email back that evening to with the cost and confirm it could be done. Never did receive a call back. I called a few times again getting the run around with the same sales guy. Finally by the end of the week I explained my situation and how I had been trying to get communication to buy this car for days now and am getting horrible communication from my sales guy. I was told this was the other internet sales guy and although he could not take his sale he would help me out. I explained the situation of never receiving a call back regarding the navigation/radio/back up camera option I wanted and was told that they wouldnt be able to do that it would be too expensive. Wouldnt that be my deciscion considering Im the one paying for my car? Well I was then told they go to auctions on Tuesdays to buy cars and on Monday they would get a list and find out if any had navigation and they would call me back. Can you guess who never got a call back from either salesmen. I had a feeling this would happen and over that weekend started checking out other cars. Needless to say after receiving no call on Monday, on Tuesday I picked up my new car within hours of applying online. In one day I was able to apply online, find out it was still available, test drive and purchase. Needless to say I would not recommend Feeny to anyone. Apparently in this economy they are not hurting for business as they are not interested in selling cars as shown with their lack of customer service. More
I have been shopping around for a new jeep liberty for a while and of all the many dealerships i've been to Feeny was the most patient and tolerant of me . I can be very difficult at times but the sales sta while and of all the many dealerships i've been to Feeny was the most patient and tolerant of me . I can be very difficult at times but the sales staff there in particular Martha Ordonez was a saint .She handled my questions with patients and grace.Even in this holiday season,she was professional and courtious.After the holidays i will return to purchase my jeep at feeny no doubt! This was the third Jeep I have purchased from Dean Edwards with Feeny and he was very informative and helpful. Most importantly he was quick with answers. I was in and out in a little over an hour. This is the second Town and Country that I have bought from Feeny Chrysler, ( my first was a 2005), and like I told Martha if she is there five years from now I will most likely be buying my third one from her in 2015 at Feeny Chrysler. From my experience with my 2005 and the service I received on it from Feeny Chrysler I will be taking my new Chrysler Town and Country for service on it. More
I have purchased four cars from Feeny Chrysler and my parents have also bought multiple cars from them. The service is consistent and great. They treat you with respect and don't stop just because the de parents have also bought multiple cars from them. The service is consistent and great. I am in the market for new tires for my Dodge Charger I bought from Eric at Feeny and he is helping me do research for the right tire for my car. Eric always follows up to see how things are going and how the car is doing. When I have had my car in for oil changes setting up appointments is easy and they get you in and out quick and if you need a loaner that is never an issue. The service department is fantastic, they always stay on top of maintenance needed on my car which is why all my cars run so well for so long. I had a friend, unknown to me at the time, buy a jeep from Feeny and they told me they were looking at the same car at another dealership but got a better deal from Feeny and more important, they liked how they were treated at Feeny. The bottom line is they are fair and respectful and I will continue to buy all my cars from them. More
Bought my 96 Dodge Caravan from Nothwest Valley Dodge, just down the street from Fenny which is no longer a Dodge dealer. Many times I would be turned away because I didn't have an appointment, but at Fee just down the street from Fenny which is no longer a Dodge dealer. Many times I would be turned away because I didn't have an appointment, but at Feeny from my first visit without an appointment I was treated as though I was the only customer and welcomed with a smile. I am very pleased with Fenny's complete attention to details and the friendly manner of their staff. My Van has 129K miles but rides like new and they treat me and my car as very special. Have had body work and other major repairs always to be of the best workmanship. It is always a great feeling to drive out with a smile since my newly washed and repaired car makes me feel like it is 1996 again. Thank You all! More
I found Feeny after doing a search for a 300 online and requested a quote from their website. I have used the internet in the past to get quotes on cars, but this was the first one that did it that way. I went in tonight to get car and it was perfect except for a small scratch by the door handle that they took the car into the back and fixed it. I had my own financing so I can't really comment on how they would have handled that, but the guy who did my paperwork was very nice and I was only in his office for maybe 10 minutes. Overall I am very happy with how easy Larry made it and I got a great deal. More
