Typical bait and switch. Had a car listed online at 52,627. Won’t do any negotiations over the phone so drove 1.5 there. When I got there Trevell greeted me and informed me that the price listed online is with all available incentives and I only qualified for 1 bringing my OTD price over 60k so I countered at 54 OTD and his sales manager Sureal said 55k OTD and not a dollar less and to “let me walk out if I don’t like the price” I agreed to 55k and said I’d be back tomorrow to finalize paperwork as we were going through our own financing and bring car home and when Trevell brought out paperwork, it was back up over 60k out the door price. I questioned why the numbers changed and he said he’d get his sales manager and they both came over and sales manager said they never agreed to 55k out the door which was a complete lie! They are crooks and don’t give a crap about service or morals. 6 hours of driving back and fourth for nothing. Complete waste of time and ignorant sales manager. More

After a day of having it, we realized that it must’ve been in a pretty bad wreck. The covering underneath the vehicle was dragging on the interstate. There was only one clamp, holding the hood down, the crash assist, and other options didn’t work. The radiator was not bolted down and the bumper was barely being held on with self tapping screws. We called the dealership and were told to bring it to any dealership in our area because it was under warranty and we bought the extended warranty. We brought the vehicle to the jeep dealership in our area and were told that this vehicle had been in a wreck and therefore was not covered under any warranty, including the one that we bought. I was stuck with the bill for this and have yet to be reimbursed. That was last October. we were told that even though there may be frame damage that our dealership was wrong and they were right. We were also told that we were not able to get out of the loan and we could not give the car back so our only option was to pay $200 more a month for a newer Jeep. Along with getting the newer Jeep they ran my husband’s credit report seven times lowering his score. We are now in the middle of January and that auto loan is still on our credit and we were told that it would’ve been often 30 days. We have contacted the dealership several times, and are told that we have to dispute it with Credit Karma. His credit score has dropped 100 points because of their negligence. IF you buy a car from there take it to your own mechanic first. I’m so disappointed with the experience I had there. To make matters worse we work really hard to keep a good credit score. Only to have crooks destroy it. More

This dealership did not deserve any stars ! !!!! Bad dealership !!!!! We bring RAM for appointment and they NOT work on truck for whole day and they don't even bother to call !!!!! Bad choice !!!! I had a recall on a feul line. Communications with textx and phone calls were excellent. Even though item was backorder, they finished the work before their predicted time. I went to this dealership looking to buy a car because I loved the color and everything it had. I live 4 hours away and I called them numerous times about if we could figure something out about how much it loved the color and everything it had. I live 4 hours away and I called them numerous times about if we could figure something out about how much it would be so i could talk to my bank. They kept telling me the wont talk about it unless I am in there showroom. I got pre approval from my bank and scheduled an appointment. They told me they wouldn’t hold it and if it sells before I get there then that sucks. I got there and they told me they wouldn't budge on the price and its firm. I ended up not getting it and drove 4 hours back home. The very next day it’s lowered 500 dollars. What a waste of time! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The car had things that needed fixed also that they wouldn't budge on the price for. So if you go here hopefully you have a better experience than me. More
If you are wondering if this dealership has turned around yet. I have bad news. They take minimum a week to look at your vehicle with an appointment and will be rude to you during it! I was hoping the shop was caught up by now after a year of being backed up but NOPE! Instead they decided to get rid of their entire old team of advisors who were actually helpful and the shop is still backed up. With the old employees, I didn't mind driving the extra distance and spending a little bit for my vehicle because they communicated everything and helped me out! Now, I get dirty looks and am ignored by this department! Specifically, there were two gentleman who used to sit together at the end of the row of desks. One with tattoos and a younger one with black hair. Both were great at communicating everything and always seemed like they worked together as a team to provide me and husband the best service. With everyone gone now we will be taking our vehicle to a different CDJR closer to us! More

Not a good experience visiting CDJR after end of the working day and getting insulted by the Manager. Wouldn't recommend that you visit this dealer, no communication skills at all and lack simple skills working day and getting insulted by the Manager. Wouldn't recommend that you visit this dealer, no communication skills at all and lack simple skills to run the dealership; took my info but refused to provide a quotation for a vehicle I was interested in, this all occurred with the manager, while speaking to me he was extremely abrupt, rude, and had no interest in discussing the vehicle to me. He had a very high argumentative tone and upon me furthering inquiring for a quotation, he just got up and left the desk saying that "we aren't here for shop arounds", which should never be said in that setting. Will not be returning to this dealership and recommend you don't either for your own sanity. Poor service, lack basic communication skills, extreme rudeness and lack what it takes to run a dealership. More
