The service department is the best!! My 2002 Jeep had a very rare electrical problem. I loved my current jeep but wanted to be a bit higher going down the road. We talked about the options I had available within my price range so I could think things through and talk with my husband. My husband and I did a bunch of research and decided to go ahead and trade mine in for a 2015 Cherokee. We went to a few dealerships that had the make, model, color and options I wanted. We were very much deceived by these other dealerships. They were never able to get my payment where I wanted it so I suggested we go back and speak with Chung again and see what they had on the lot. Unfortunately Chung was not there that day so we worked with Frank Willis. Frank had the same nature as when we had bought my jeep before. No pressure, very incite full and cared about what I was asking for and my payment amount. He happened to find a jeep there with everything I requested and got the deal done. Funny part was I requested it not to be white, low and behold with the trim package I requested it's not a all white and looks beautiful! We live in lake Barrington and make the drive to Feeny because of people like Frank and Chung. Great atmosphere and amazing people who truly care about you! Service department has always been top notch as well. More
