This is the second Town and Country that I have bought from Feeny Chrysler, ( my first was a 2005), and like I told Martha if she is there five years from now I will most likely be buying my third one from her in 2015 at Feeny Chrysler. From my experience with my 2005 and the service I received on it from Feeny Chrysler I will be taking my new Chrysler Town and Country for service on it. More
I have purchased four cars from Feeny Chrysler and my parents have also bought multiple cars from them. The service is consistent and great. They treat you with respect and don't stop just because the de parents have also bought multiple cars from them. The service is consistent and great. They treat you with respect and don't stop just because the deal has been signed. I am in the market for new tires for my Dodge Charger I bought from Eric at Feeny and he is helping me do research for the right tire for my car. Eric always follows up to see how things are going and how the car is doing. When I have had my car in for oil changes setting up appointments is easy and they get you in and out quick and if you need a loaner that is never an issue. The service department is fantastic, they always stay on top of maintenance needed on my car which is why all my cars run so well for so long. I had a friend, unknown to me at the time, buy a jeep from Feeny and they told me they were looking at the same car at another dealership but got a better deal from Feeny and more important, they liked how they were treated at Feeny. The bottom line is they are fair and respectful and I will continue to buy all my cars from them. More
Bought my 96 Dodge Caravan from Nothwest Valley Dodge, just down the street from Fenny which is no longer a Dodge dealer. Many times I would be turned away because I didn't have an appointment, but at Fee just down the street from Fenny which is no longer a Dodge dealer. Many times I would be turned away because I didn't have an appointment, but at Feeny from my first visit without an appointment I was treated as though I was the only customer and welcomed with a smile. I am very pleased with Fenny's complete attention to details and the friendly manner of their staff. My Van has 129K miles but rides like new and they treat me and my car as very special. Have had body work and other major repairs always to be of the best workmanship. It is always a great feeling to drive out with a smile since my newly washed and repaired car makes me feel like it is 1996 again. Thank You all! More
I found Feeny after doing a search for a 300 online and requested a quote from their website. Larry from their internet department emailed me with their offer as well as an explanation of what other fees requested a quote from their website. Larry from their internet department emailed me with their offer as well as an explanation of what other fees I could expect to pay. I have used the internet in the past to get quotes on cars, but this was the first one that did it that way. I went in tonight to get car and it was perfect except for a small scratch by the door handle that they took the car into the back and fixed it. I had my own financing so I can't really comment on how they would have handled that, but the guy who did my paperwork was very nice and I was only in his office for maybe 10 minutes. Overall I am very happy with how easy Larry made it and I got a great deal. More

As someone who loathes car shopping, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Jason was so accommodating to my financial needs and Tim far exceeded my expectations with his patience and profess best experience I have ever had. Jason was so accommodating to my financial needs and Tim far exceeded my expectations with his patience and professionalism! They both tolerated my indecisiveness and stayed in contact with me until we reached the perfect match! I will definitely return for service and sales in the future! More
Very nice people to work with. Contacted JP Maty, the Internet Manager, and he gave me the lowest price on a Dodge Caravan in the Chicago area. Most dealers never even bothered to call/email me back. I w Internet Manager, and he gave me the lowest price on a Dodge Caravan in the Chicago area. Most dealers never even bothered to call/email me back. I was waiting for the "bump" but it never came. The price they gave me was the price I walked out the door with. No problems. No hassles. Since I was in on a Saturday, the owners daughter Colleen, even shared the dealers catered lunch with me. Never expected that kind of hospitality from a car dealership. It was actually a wonderful weekend experience. Can't wait to go back and buy my next car from JP and Colleen. BTW... I love my new minvan! -Carla J. More
I have taken my Jeep Liberty in twice over the last four months for a transmission problem. Although they pulled codes from my engine, they told me they could not repair the vehicle under warranty unless t months for a transmission problem. Although they pulled codes from my engine, they told me they could not repair the vehicle under warranty unless the transmission actually slipped while they were driving it. Since my problem was weather related, (only occurred in fog or when it was snowing) this never happened. When I brought my vehicle in immediately after an occurrence, they still claimed they could not find the problem. After keeping it a day and a half, they 'discovered' a service bulletin describing the problem I was having. Turns out it was a wiring issue. Seems the wires get wet and corrode causing the transmission to slip. They then informed me that they needed to check all the wiring in the car for corrosion and this could take some time. In the meantime, I am renting a vehicle which is getting very expensive. After talking to Chrysler, I found out that this is not an issue covered by the power train warranty since it is a wiring issue even though it affects the transmission. I then removed my car from the dealership and took it to a private garage. They obtained the same service bulletin issued by Chrysler and it turns out it also lists the recommended repairs. Why my car was not repaired according to the manufacturers recommendation is beyond me. If I had left it at Feeny, I would probably be paying for a rental car for a few more days on top of the repairs, had they ever gotten around to making any. I would not take my car back there for air in my tires. As I write this, my car is being repaired elsewhere. Turns out it only takes 2 hours and about $300. Chrysler will not reimburse me for anything since it was not repaired at a dealership. I will never buy another Chrysler product. They won't stand behind their manufacturing defects. More
My vehicle was in for an exhaust rattle, and ashtray issue. They charged me 311.95 for the ashtray repair and emptied the ashtray on the passenger seat and left it. The exhaust rattle was caused by the issue. They charged me 311.95 for the ashtray repair and emptied the ashtray on the passenger seat and left it. The exhaust rattle was caused by the catylitic converters which i found out are under warranty but charged me 102.00 to put 4 washers on a cross member to try and make the rattle go away. I left the dealer very unhappy and the noise was still there.. I called back and they told me the noise is my problem and will not cover the catlitic converters under warranty and will not credit me for the work that did not fix the problem. The service Manager John Parsons was very unreasonable and unprofessional person. Kept talking over me and telling me I dont know what Im talking about. I would never recomend this dealer to anyone..
