She told him where she was looking to be with payments, and since we are Costco members he said using the Costco membership discount that it would be entirely possible. We live 45 min away from the dealership and didn’t want to waste our time if we couldn’t get close to what we were looking for. Once we arrived the staff was friendly and let us look at 3 Jeeps on our own. When my wife selected the one she liked we went back inside and waited for over an hour while they ran the numbers. While waiting we looked online at their website and found that the Jeep she chose showed a dealer discount of $4511. When our salesman Ricky finally came back we asked about the listed dealer discount and was told by him that “nobody actually gets the discount, they are only listed to get people in the dealership because how else are we supposed to get people in the door to sell them a car.” SCAM!! Then Jeff the manager confirmed what Ricky said and added that all dealerships do that. Absolutely not true! I have always been given the rebates and discounts listed. So after wasting four hours of our Saturday, we left extremely angry. More

I made the mistake of using a "foaming brush" on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler I bought there at the Elgin Car Wash on Summit. There was something sharp stuck in the brush that caused multiple scratches on all four doors. Christian got me a loaner car because my work hours are out of the ordinary. He said he would have his in house try to get the scratches out. If it failed he would call me I got there the next day to pick up my Jeep and it looked amazing. The finish was smooth as glass. The only issue we have is after signing the paperwork - in parking lot and in the process of having Dean, our salesman, transfer our original plates to the new car we noticed a dent and scrapes on the bumper of the new car. As it had been raining we had not seen the damage until the car was pulled up to the front showroom doors were it was well lit. We were told the Service Dept. will order the matching paint and repair. The cars sold should be inspected by the Dealership ahead of time. We hope we will be totally satisfied with the repair. More

Had to take my car in for warranty service numerous times and they could not solve th Very disappointed with the service provided by this dealership. Each time I took the car in they had the car for an entire week (with no service loaner) and I had to call EVERY day to try and get a status. Extremely frustrated with the service techs and their lack of communications. Tried getting resolution with their service manager and nothing happened. Will avoid and will NOT recommend. More

I asked for them to test my battery first. After it was tested Trevor came and explained how they tested it and the outcome. Because of the great service I got, I had the dealership put in a new battery for my car. They DO NOT have the Titles to the cars I am not the only person fighting this for the ownership of the vehicle I purchased. I gave them a title for my vehicle that I traded in, but they will not provide a title for the vehicle they say they own. It has been over 2 weeks and they will not answer my emails, or phone calls. This includes the manager and my salesperson. I live 2 hours away and it is a big deal to appear there. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They DO NOT HAVE THE TITLES to the cars they are selling. No license will cover the time it takes. It will cost you time and money. I just want the truth and a response. More
