Thanks but no thanks i got a Challenger Scatpack from Wickstrom Auto a excellent dealership. Your company emailed me with an all cash out the door price and when I called and spoke with Amy she said that wasn't the case. So why would your company say here's the out the door when it's not. Your reviews are horrible and people can see why. This must happen all the time. Wickstrom has almost a 5 review not a 2 like your dealship. Thanks for turning me away.

Thank you for the response, I did receive several phone calls today, after filing the ratings here and on BBB, but am not able to answer while I am working and had prior commitments after work today to tend to. Can you please email me to take care of these issues and discuss them? That way it is documented for the dealerships protection and mine through this process. Whomever is the head of dealing with this situation can email me, as returning the few calls I received today from different people to discuss the same matter after the countless emails and phone calls to try and contact the dealership to solve this is a bit much. I have not recieved an email from you or anyone at elgin to address the issues formally in documented writing yet. I would like to add that today, the traction service light came on along with the ABS light for servicing. I also have not gotten a copy of the payment made for the tolls that the porter blew while delivering (physically driving the vehicle) the Jeep to me at Gurnee Mills. I also havent recieved a written response regarding the spare key the salesman stated he was going to have someone look for, and havent recieved a response regarding the vehicle condition of the yanking while braking and the dangerous driving conditions while going 35mph or over. I also have not recieved the full inspection uppn your store purchasing the vehicle and putting it up for sale that I have requested. Please email me, I will include my entire email (although it is in your system from pre purchase communication) JoeyNeu@yahoo.com just incase the situation of stating my email is not on file, it was included in this response.

I just gave Christina a call this evening as i still havent had a response. I quickly recapped some of the issues along with stating I am getting two service records for the Jeep I purchased completed hopefully this weekend so we can go from the service repair of the two facilities. I gave her my email again on the voicemail, and asked her for a response by email since uploading the complaint/poor review on Feb 12th 2022- which is now 5 days ago. Hopefully i can get a response now that i have reached out by telephone, I also asked her to email me so I have a copy of her email address so i can send the service notes from the facility directly to her email.
