I would give them Zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO THERE! As a customer spending thousands of dollars on a purchase I was appalled at the way my husband and I were treated. We were the only customers when we walked in yet were not approached by anyone for about 10 minutes - yet there were several employees all sitting in an office with glass walls - so it would have been hard not to see us. When a salesman finally approached and we started to ask about a vehicle we saw online the salesman got very angry and frustrated because he couldn't explain why he wanted to charge more than the price that was online. With an attitude he said to us, "do you wanna buy a car or what?" When we asked for the manager he was also very condescending. When we asked for his name he would only give us his first name, we asked for his business card and he said he didn't have any - what Sales Manager doesn't have business cards. Did he really think we couldn't find out what his name is? Needless to say, we purchased Jeep at a different dealership. More
Appreciated the opportunity to talk with personnel that actually knew something about vehicles. Other dealers discourage direct communication with technical personnel. Our family went in having full knowledge of the car we wanted the incentives from dodge and the e-price. After 3 hours with my husband and teenagers and our sales guy we knew we wanted a particular charge wanted the incentives from dodge and the e-price. Bait and switch, false advertising, 2800 extra “protection package” and the Paul guy you have read about are all 100% true! I gave them a piece of my mind and Paul couldn’t manage to keep his cool when a woman was asking him stop the run around and provide reasons for his fake add on charges!! So his responses like “you’re confused, let me finish, and you find it hard to understand” was the most disgusting display of mansplaining I’ve ever experienced in public! The minute you tell a customer they need to let YOU talk, so you can give me your speech about undercoat bs, and disrespect me, there’s only one thing I’m zipping!! My wallet!! That was not a look of “defeat” as Paul mentioned on our faces as we decided to leave, it was of complete disgust for this dealership. More

Avoid this dealership at ALL COST! Avoid it even if there is no other place to buy any vehicle. Let me start by saying that I purchased my car in this dealership on Dec 26th, 2020. To this day, which is exactly 5 months after I purchased my vehicle, I did not receive my Registration, Title, and Plate. Not only that, I requested a refund for my GAP insurance within the first month of my purchase, and after it was approved, the financial managers of this place disappeared from the earth. I am usually on the side that says mistakes happen, accidents happen. But you know what's the problem? The problem is that THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT YOU. They don't respond to your call, they don't call you back when you leave a message, and they don't reply to your email. I did leave a message for their entire team at least once a week and NEVER hear back. Unfortunately, I purchased my vehicle out of the state in which I live in, so I couldn't go there in person to see what is wrong. Until about a month ago that I decided to go and see what is the problem. (Because quite frankly, it sucks to buy a car and not being able to drive it for four months and not get your refund check :) ). After driving for 400 miles and getting there, do you know what the financial manager Mr. Tommy Gonzalez told me? He said no one invited you here no one asked you to be here, and you could have just called. If you are reading this, try for yourself and call their number and asked to be directed to Tommy or John in the finance and see how you will be directed :) As much as I found my in-person experience with them to be awful as well, I thought my problems were going to be resolved only because I went there in person and traveled for two days to fix the problem they needed to fix on their end. They gave their word that they said they will follow up with me in a week or two regarding the registration problem and they assured me that they will send me a check for the refund I requested before for my GAP insurance. Guess what? they disappeared again. No one reached out to me. And as always, Mr. Gonzalez is not returning his phone or email, or voice mails. The funny thing is that Mr. Gonzalez was not even the main finance manager who took care of my works. He was the second person who was assigned to take care of the simple thing of sending you a check. This is probably the longest review I wrote here, but I will provide you with even more info and documents if you ever need to go to this place, just to convince you not to. This dealership just rips you off the second you leave their dealership. They will call you a thousand times before you buy your vehicle and they will smile at you, but the moment you leave it's just over. BTW I tried to talk to the manager many times as well and the same story, you will leave a message but you never hear back. I was patient enough to wait for 5 months to give this dealership my review, and I have only one word to say now: Save your time and money and find another dealership. More
Deception.... KEY WORD. they have a 2500 paint protection program they add on after you get pricing with no chance to opt out. Ant price they have on line add 2500 to it. Advertises they meet and or beat any deal you have in writing. Called the store and talked Amy in the internet sales dept. "Yes Yes sir we match all deals and will even beat it guarnteed".
