Not to mention the sales person giving Jeep bad publicity and saying if we ordered one it wouldn’t show up as we specified. Makes me dislike the Jeep Brand knowing this is how their dealerships operate. Not to mention on the vehicle the tag said 108k MSRP plus 4995 in add ons. Still refusing to acknowledge they are false advertising online and in the showroom. More

I ended up leasing a car from this dealer and I regret it every day. My goal was to lease a wrangler 4xe because the lease deals/incentives were fantastic on jeeps website. However this dealer obviously does not abide by these rules. Let's stary by addressing the price difference of the cars from thier website. The car I was looking at online was priced at $60,095. However at the dealership there was a hand written piece of paper over the sticker that put it at 71,905....clearly just trying to get people into the dealer. I should have just left at that point Then as we were discussing price of the vehicle the moneyfactor/apr was significantly higher in financing than what we had agreed upon on the floor. Unfortunately I didn't catch this until I read through paperwork at home. Getting into financing took around 3 hours after we had agreed on a price. At that point I just wanted to leave so because I had my 4 month old son with me and I signed paperwork to quickly and didn't read as much as I should have. Definitely partly to blame here but if your looking for trust this is not the place for you. They increased my monthly payment from what we had agreed on by 105 dollars a month. The reason for this is that they jacked up the money factor to almost 9% in the final paperwork. This is all with a credit score of 813 which they pulled.. Unfortunately this is not disclosed well in the final paperwork as there isn't a clear money factor %....lastly I was assured that all oilchanges and upkeep would be covered if I took my jeep to that dealer. However after I was driving off the lot the salesmen told me that it only covers the first 3 oilchanges and some of the upkeep... The overall buying process took close to 8 hours and I believe they do this so you will sign through your paperwork very quickly. The finance guys rushed through the process so fast..Giving them the ability to increase numbers/terms as they see fit. The jeep itself is beautiful. However I am paying close to 120 dollars more for the same car than at a different dealership. Please for your own sake avoid this place at all costs. They completely change numbers/terms/incentives. They are fantastic at taking advantage of people and thier willingness to trust... More

Inquired on line about a New Hemi Challanger Scatpack cash no financing and got and email with an all out the door price. When I called I got Amy on the phone to tell her that I'd be in tomorrow to purch cash no financing and got and email with an all out the door price. When I called I got Amy on the phone to tell her that I'd be in tomorrow to purchase the car if that was the price she said they don't discuss price over the phone but the email stated all out the door price. When I said we're done it was like she didn't give a crap even though I'd be spending almost $50000. I guess all the negative reviews on the internet are true. Bait and Switch I would definitely not buy a car from them. John More

The dealership is still "searching" for the spare key-its been 5 days no update. The Jeep yanks so hard to the side when applying the brakes that it has already gone off the road once- have tried emailing and calling leaving voicemails and have had no response yet. Called service department for the inspection report and they aparently have no way of emailing me the inspection report they completed on the Jeep. They call and contact you so much before you purchase a vehicle, but as soon as you do- they won't return the calls,voicemail or emails. I have an unsafe vehicle I purchased that isn't up to the standards of operation that needs serviced and they don't even care! I have already emailed the Illinois automobile association and have to report them to this way. I have emailed every person that their website has available to try and get contact. The last time I was able to speak to someone 5 days ago, I mentioned how hard it is to get a hold of someone; their response is "We are short handed and very busy" Today is 3-3-22. Still waiting on a repair order from elgin with a parts list of what they're replacing and fixing. Got a first call from the service manager who left me a voicemail 10 minutes before the end of his shift on Wednesday, and just simply "TOLD" me he had a tow truck scheduled to come pick up my jeep. Excuse me? How about coordinate it? Where is the repair order, the parts list, how long will you have my jeep for, what do I drive in the mean time while they fix their screw up? What about the service engine soon lights they turned off and tried deleting? What about the brakes, rotors, caliper issue? How do they even service aftermarket lifts when NO OTHER JEEP DEALERSHIP WILL TOUCH OR REPLACE THE STEERING/SUSPENSION LIFT COMPONENTS BECAUSE ITS AN AFTERMARKET LIFT! It has to go to a lift shop! They still haven't provided the paid tolls receipt, still haven't sent me a second key. I have a repair estimate of $5800.00 to repair the Jeep they sold me, and they want to pick and choose what they fix now?!?! What about the wiring ripped Part under the dash and cut? What about the exterior lights that are disconnected and zip tied everywhere? What about the French fries under the seat and the dirty interior when they delivered it? How about, who drove the jeep 4,000 miles approx to where it needs an oil change now and I just bought the vehicle and haven't put those miles on it??? They won't email me for communication, they only want to call. Bbb involved and the bank I purchased the vehicle through. What a poor dealership to sell vehicles like this! More
