My husband couldn't get the vehicle he want because they never came to an agreement after kept changing on price, he couldn’t find the light blue color on challenger somewhere else or dark grey with same f never came to an agreement after kept changing on price, he couldn’t find the light blue color on challenger somewhere else or dark grey with same features. So i went again and made a deal to make him happy once he came in they refused to sell me the vehicle and employee said why would buy from us after leaving bad review !! I felt bad for dragging my husband there and the way they pointed him out and we were ready to pay for the vehicle this is unprofessional and not sure what kind of standards they have for employees. I Saw price online for a vehicle I wanted. I called and confirmed it, drove more than an hour to be told, price is higher. I called dealership and same sale man after a couple days and told him im ready; he said I have the vehicle ready for you ! I rented a car drove an hour to dealership, sales man greeted me everything was cool till he went to the sales manager Shawn ( or Sean ) and he increased the price $1400.00. Shawn came out of the office and said this is the price now you want it, take it or leave it. He was very curt and very rude! Even the salesmen, said Im sorry about it, But I had the check in my hand and was shocked at the disrespect or discrimination or whatever you want to call it! Im buying a vehicle for 35k here not a soda to say yes in a minute I couldn't even respond to him! I will never even consider a Dodge product after how I have been treated. No customer service and extremely unprofessional. More
Don’t shop here. 2 stars as their inventory is decent. This is 1980 car buying, come there for 7 hours and negotiate. Who has the time? We would like to thank Dylan for making the purchase of our new vehicle a pleasant experience. The dealership had the vehicle in stock that we were looking for. Our salesman answered all our questions and listened to what was really important to us to ensure that the vehicle we purchased had all the features we wanted. After the purchase, our salesman went over the vehicle with us again explaining how all the functions worked, saved my seat preference and set up my phone in Apple Car Play. The car was cleaned, floor mats put in place, along with a full tank of gas. Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was kind and knowledgeable. The Owner Support+ site provided videos of all the features of the purchased vehicle and exactly how to use them. They invited us back if at any time we had questions or concerns. The dealership was clean and organized with all the departments clearly labeled. The restrooms we nice and clean. We were offered water bottles twice during our visit. We would highly recommend Elgin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
Our sales person was professional and balanced a low pressure sale with a strong desire to earn our business. The finance guy worked well with us to get the best rates. I worked with Alex in getting a new car. I had a Cherokee and thought that is what I would get but Alex had me test drive a Compass to see the difference, he did not pressure me at all and l I had a Cherokee and thought that is what I would get but Alex had me test drive a Compass to see the difference, he did not pressure me at all and let me make the decision of which car. Was told options were installed that could not be removed and the truck was going to be $2K more than advertised. After haggling for over an hour to remove the additional cost, we were presented with a docum and the truck was going to be $2K more than advertised.
