I called to ask questions and they would not give answers. It's their “policy” to only give that information if you are in the showroom. I bet if you go in for that car you really love and you aren't military, a veteran, first responder, etc., etc., the price shoots up $3-5000. Dishonest, false advertising! Is this place owned by Napelton? Buyer Beware!!! One more thing…all the great reviews they are getting? Consider the possibility that they are asking people to leave those. I've been asked to do the same thing at other dealerships! Check out reviews on the service department. Those seem a bit more realistic. More

Service and mechanic review. Christian was my service guy on my Promaster. He could not have been more helpful. This guy was wonderful! He not only put up with my questions, but he also even answered them all, lol. A great guy! I get the same mechanic every time I go in for something and the work he does is exceptional. I wish I knew his name, but I don't. I never had a better experience at any dealer! Thank you both! More

In my previous posts I stated how awful customer service is, in both the sales and service departments. Purchased my 2023 Jeep on May 6 and had to return it immediately because it had hail damage from being in the lot. They fixed the damage but left glue and scratches where the work was done. Both the service assistant manager and my salesperson did not return calls. Watch for the canned response from them here. I'll keep you all posted. More
