We would like to thank Dylan for making the purchase of our new vehicle a pleasant experience. The dealership had the vehicle in stock that we were looking for. Our salesman answered all our questions and listened to what was really important to us to ensure that the vehicle we purchased had all the features we wanted. After the purchase, our salesman went over the vehicle with us again explaining how all the functions worked, saved my seat preference and set up my phone in Apple Car Play. The car was cleaned, floor mats put in place, along with a full tank of gas. Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was kind and knowledgeable. The Owner Support+ site provided videos of all the features of the purchased vehicle and exactly how to use them. They invited us back if at any time we had questions or concerns. The dealership was clean and organized with all the departments clearly labeled. The restrooms we nice and clean. We were offered water bottles twice during our visit. Our sales person was professional and balanced a low pressure sale with a strong desire to earn our business. The finance guy worked well with us to get the best rates. I worked with Alex in getting a new car. I had a Cherokee and thought that is what I would get but Alex had me test drive a Compass to see the difference, he did not pressure me at all and l I had a Cherokee and thought that is what I would get but Alex had me test drive a Compass to see the difference, he did not pressure me at all and let me make the decision of which car. Was told options were installed that could not be removed and the truck was going to be $2K more than advertised. After haggling for over an hour to remove the additional cost, we were presented with a docum and the truck was going to be $2K more than advertised.
