I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with extended warranty and it was included in my loan. A few months later I wanted to cancel this extended warranty and I have been calling the Finance department warranty and it was included in my loan. A few months later I wanted to cancel this extended warranty and I have been calling the Finance department and emailing them for the last 4-5 months and every email they said "they will cancel it for sure, just send us the current odometer reading". I did that several times over the past few months and they did not cancel my warranty and did not do any refund. Now they are ignoring my calls or emails. They never return calls or attend to your questions or matters "after" the sale is over. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this dealership! You will be ignored after the sale is over. Very shady place. And the vehicle I purchased came out to be a LEMON car! Although it had perfect Carfax report and all, and it has been serviced regularly I have been having a ton of unexpected problems from my car! Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this place. More
