After several phone invitation and email from this guys, I ended up visiting the show room, and test drove a gladiator yesterday Tuesday 9/27. I got to work with Alex Q. When we got down to work the numbers, he called his sales manager Paul. Paul was a deal maker and wanted to close the deal that evening. but I did not have the trade in vehicle with me and the title. So I said I will be in tomorrow, that’s today 9/28. Last night Paul’s offer was based on $4500 trade in, I will add cash out of pocket $5500. Total of $10,000 towards the lease. My monthly will be $350 x 39 months. He keeps repeating the numbers, asking me if beer or wine will help me decide. Next day I called Alex several times to make sure he is in already as he said he is 1-9pm I even confirmed that again today at 430pm when I arrived at the dealership if the price is still good, Alex have it written at the back of his notes $350 x 39 months. Alex even made me sign on the sales offer to confirm my intentions. Also saying that I will only make 38 payments as the first payment is already included. 10 minutes later he came out of the booth. And changed his story, now the monthly is at $800 plus. And that I will have to come up $500 plus to lease the vehicle. I have never experienced such deceitfully dealings like this. I drove 30 plus miles round trip 4 times yesterday and today. they wasted my time. More
This is by far the worst service department I have ever experienced. They never answer the phone. Never update you on your vehicle repair status. They had our vehicle for 2 months just to get some minor things repaired after we purchased it from them. This place is a joke and I wouldn’t go there if I lived across the street and they paid me. Few things: store was clean and I didn't wait to much, lobby is great with good snack offerings, negotiation process was reasonable without major pressure. would advise everyone not to purchase from this dealer! I have contacted this dealership in regards to Jeep Grand Cherokee 2022, which they have listed for $39,860. After confirming with two representati I have contacted this dealership in regards to Jeep Grand Cherokee 2022, which they have listed for $39,860. After confirming with two representatives that the car is there, I drove to the dealership and met with Jesus. Jesus told me that the car is currently being serviced at the bodyshop. I requested to speak to the manager and was introduced to Paul. Paul explained that the car will be available within a couple of days and that I will have “a first shot at it”. After about two weeks of going back and forth, Jesus decided to call me to tell me that the car is still available as well as that I can come in. I asked him to confirm that the price is accurate. He said that he will confirm with the manager and get back to me as soon as possible. Shortly after, of the managers named Jeason, have contacted me and told me that the price of the car is inaccurate as well as that the car is now priced at ~ $46000 since they had to “put some money in the car”. I explained to him that the car was listed for $39860 as well as that Paul confirmed that this price will be honored once the car was available. Jeason stated that the lowest he can do is $41,600 for a car “new” car whose bumper had been repainted. Please save yourself time and money by avoiding this place! More

I inquired about a Gladiator. Told her I was from out of state , wanted to buy the vehicle and was a cash buyer. She told me I would have to be present at the dealership to discuss price because they don’t do online sales and she could not send me a buyers order. I don’t need to discuss and advertised price if it is legit. I asked why no online sales and she said because inventory is low it’s not fair to allow people to buy online and they only sell at the dealership after discussing price. I’ve bought many vehicles out of state over the phone and on line and this dealership refused. Hmmmmm, I’d be very careful doing business with them because something just isn’t right. Obviously they are dishonest and are trying to screw people over. More
Not sure about this dealer, I live 400 miles away in Michigan and tried to get a price for purchase and or lease to see if their advertising was legit. No such luck.
