Jan 29th 2022 I purchased a new Nissan Versa. My salesman Ethan Eckel was amazing to work with. Everything went south then manager Robert Evenrud walked into the deal. Mr. Evenrud is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. He has no interest in the customer satisfaction experience. Ethan Eckel, young salesperson is the only reason I didn't get up and walk out! Mr. Evenrud had me so mad I don't usually speak my mind however I did that day. He shrugged his shoulder and smirked. Mr. Evenrud is the reason Elevated Nissan will never get my business again or my recommendation. I suspect I'm not the first or last customer Mr. Evenrud has treated this way. Be wary of used cars Bought a 2017 Altima (3 yrs old) that was just passed the factory 3yr/36k mile warranty. I did not purchase any additional warranty as I figured the c Bought a 2017 Altima (3 yrs old) that was just passed the factory 3yr/36k mile warranty. I did not purchase any additional warranty as I figured the car would be good for at least a year (buying a Nissan from a Nissan dealership). Wrong. After less than 2k miles on the car the check engine light came on. Now it needs the air fuel ratio sensor & grill shutter unit replaced. Over $1200 worth of repairs for a car I just bought. Be very cautious of buying a used car from this dealership as they apparently don't go over their cars very well More
