I bought an Outlander there in July. On the day my wife passed away, I went out to my car and someone had stolen the catalytic converter out of my car. After waiting a month my son contacted Ron Davis to see what we could do to get me back on the road. Ron took complete ownership of the situation and by the end of one day, he sent someone to pick me up and take me to get my car back. When he said he'd call back, he did, when he said he would talk to some of your team, he did. When said he would do all he could do to fix my issue, he did. Rare qualities in today's business world. I am retired military living in Killeen TX. So I have an originally owned 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport in which I spent quite a bit of money for service on, $1200.00 last year and $3200.00 this year. I end originally owned 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport in which I spent quite a bit of money for service on, $1200.00 last year and $3200.00 this year. I ended up replacing the motor as advised by Rusty, the Service Manager. Rusty gave me a price for the engine replacement and although it was much more, only charged me what he quoted....Who does that? I want to say I have been back there 5 times now since initial repair last year for some adjustments, but have to say that they are very understanding, very helpful and STAND by their word on price and warranty implied. This is my daughters car and with the recent spike in Used Car prices, I had no better option but to repair it. I will say that as long as they stand by their work as they do, I wouldn't go anywhere else, even with the 110 mile round trip! I know you don't want to hear that Curtis, lol! Curtis was the one that had to deal with me most of the time and he is very understanding and will go that extra mile for you. James, the service repairer always explained everything he did and is also very courteous. I will say to Scott Elder, these guys deserve a bonus! and I will recommend them to all others I know. When the Montero finally goes to its final resting place, you better believe I am buying a new one from Elder Mitsubishi.... More
