Asked Kristle to send me extra pictures of a Tesla Model s or have another sales person do a walk around and report back to me on it's condition since I am buying from El Paso. Also sent her pictures of my car within 30 minutes after our conversation so I could get a trade in price. Never heard back from her until I emailed her and expressed my disappointment for not responding. This is a $45,000 car I want to purchase. I have always expected open communication and a prompt response, especially from management. Really wanted that particular car but if management drops the ball ,I care not to deal with this dealership. It reflects the arrogance or more likely the attitude that you may have me confused with someone who really cares. Cash deal with trade in. Does not get any easier than that, but on their terms, not mine. More
