I purchased my first vehicle from here 2 years ago and wanted to bring it back for an appraisal. As my family had expanded since then, my wife and I decided to look into a bigger vehicle. We were greeted by Caleb who offered us drinks and snacks while he was getting everything together. After getting all my info, getting my appraisal, and looking over my numbers, he helped me look at my options. The 2022 Outlander is what we were interested in. He was very honest and explained the different trim levels for this vehicle and let us decide what we did and did not want. We opted for the ES base model as that was more of my price range as well as what we were looking for. We went out on a test drive which lasted a little while so he could show us the base features. After all said and done we decided for this vehicle. Afterwards, the sales manager Dustin took over and explained to us price per month, apr, etc. While it was a bit more than we expected, we were still able to get an awesome deal for our trade in as well as some good financial advise moving forward with the vehicle. At the end of the night which was waaaaay past their closing time (10:30), I was able to walk away with a new vehicle, $0 down, and took advantage of the deal they had for the month which ended with them putting a bit of down on my behalf. Caleb and Dustin went out of their way to help get me this vehicle and I am very grateful. I will continue bringing my business here. More
