First off I'd like to say thank you to the team at Elder Mitsubishi. Especially Chris and Marco for taking care of my family. This was my first time buying a new car and I was beyond nervous like many of us are. I was always told be careful, or don't trust the sales man too much. I had tried several dealerships from San Antonio to Dallas, Texas. Most were "CLAIMED MILITARY FRIENDLY" and unfortunately every place I visited or called was not so great of a experience. From being lied to or trying to be forced in buying something I did not want. Finally I contacted Chris at Elder Mitsubishi and was instantly treated with respect. He was honest, straight to the point and very flexible to work with due to I lived an hour away from that dealership. The team waited for me to arrive there which I may state was close to closing hours. They were just AMAZING, they answered all my questions and not once rushed or persuaded me into something I didn't want or need. A couple of the staff were prior service which helped my anxiety in this new vehicle experience. I almost through in the towel at buying a new car until this wonderful team took care of my family and I. If your in the market for a new vehicle it's a no brainer for me, give Chris and Marcos a call at Elders Mitsubishi for in my opinion THE ONLY HONEST AND LOYAL DEALERSHIP IN TEXAS.
