Honestly the worst customer service I've gotten. They are not for the people. I received no updates and every time I called they said they were busy with other clients and still would not get a call They are not for the people. My brother and I visited Elder Mitsubishi because he needed a new car after living abroad a few years. The timing of this purchase really intimidated us. We knew that the current market is TERRIBLE for needed a new car after living abroad a few years. The timing of this purchase really intimidated us. We knew that the current market is TERRIBLE for buyers, and his budget only allowed him to consider the Chevy Spark or the Mitsubishi Mirage. We ended up prioritizing Mitsubishi because of the superior warranty. We went in with our guards up, as everyone does, but pretty quickly got comfortable thanks to Jessica and Dustin. They were incredibly patient, pleasant, and thoughtful while we worked through the transaction. Even though other dealers in the area (Waco, San Antonio) had warned us that "Elder Mitsubishi is going to add-on $5,000 in addendums," that wasn't a problem after the $4,500 dealer cash and showing them prices from other dealers in the area. Elder's addendum was actually BETTER than both of the other dealerships with a Mirage G4 in-stock due to their discounts. Our conversations with Jessica and Dustin throughout the process were great, too. We sincerely enjoyed both of their company and conversation. It didn't feel forced or sleazy like many interactions do within this industry. We communicated where we needed to be, made clear that we weren't in a position to be flexible, and they worked a deal around our requirements. We ended up with what we felt was a fair price (especially in this market where some dealers are charging thousands over MSRP), and we secured 2.79% financing through Austin Telco (Elder accepts outside financing, and were very easy to work with in our efforts to do so). My brother and I had a MUCH better experience than we had braced ourselves for, and now he has a new car that he's thrilled with at a price he can afford. Long story short: Do your research. Know what you're looking for and don't flex if you can't afford to. If you conduct the proper due diligence that everyone should when purchasing a car and you're kind to the staff members who are taking care of you, you should have an exceptional experience here. What more could anyone reasonably expect from a car dealership? More

Hello, if there was a 0 star, I would rate this company that. Listen to this... Elder Mitsubishi are scam artists and deceitful people. I went ahead and took a brand new car for a test drive. Broke xxx out that. Listen to this... Elder Mitsubishi are scam artists and deceitful people. I went ahead and took a brand new car for a test drive. Broke xxx outlander that wasn't even the car I wanted. But they were stilll charging 34k for that thing. CORRUPTION! I liked the car , and gave them all my paperwork... from 6 months of statement, stubs, everything, my daughter's disability income. Dustin Watkins and that sales rep Jessica came back and told me I got approved for the car by the bank, and they showed me an approval paper. They told me this lie. They had me reach out to my car my insurance company ASAP and to show them proof that I added MY BRAND NEW car. They gave me paperwork for the NEW VIN. They took my $2k downpayment money, they had me sign paperwork that stated approved and started the final paperwork with the bank. THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME THE CAR WAS MINE AND THE DEAL WAS FINAL. They took my keys to the car I was trading in. They took off all the plates and stickers and handed me everything. They went ahead and did the delivery speech of the new car, and that was done by Heather. Deceitful worker # 3. Long story short. After them lying to me over about 5 different things, they come to me and break my heart. Even though I was bringing in around 6k/ month, they tell me something changed and I wasn't approved. That the bank isn't going to approve me. How the xxxx is a company going to do this to someone, take their belongings and money and just lie to them. I tell you. This world is nothing but a bunch of LIES. If it's not businesses, it's your average JOE. Straight up lying. And the world wonders why there is so much EVIL and rage out there.
