I contacted Elder Mitsubishi as I wanted to place a reservation/deposit on a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. I was told a personal visit to the dealership was required. In the past I have conducted co reservation/deposit on a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. I was told a personal visit to the dealership was required. In the past I have conducted complete car purchases without ever entering a dealership that also included cross state shipping. I ended up putting a a refundable deposit down with a dealership in MN who was more than happy to work with me despite my location being in Texas. I would still prefer to purchase the vehicle locally. In this day and age of electronic communications and documentation a dealer visit should not be required. More
