The staff was very friendly and patient with all of my questions, requests, and financing options. I enjoyed the negotiation process because they were flexible and understanding of what I needed to close questions, requests, and financing options. I enjoyed the negotiation process because they were flexible and understanding of what I needed to close a deal. I loved how I received a comprehensive tutorial on all of my new vehicle features: a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander 40 yr anniversary edition. They were also very nice and patient with my dog during the process. Seeing that people love, accept, and welcome animals on their premises is very important to me. The financing manager was nice but I think a bit tired because I had to remind her to receive my payment. What a deal would that have been otherwise! Great job to Ryan the sales rep and the rest of the Elder Mitsubishi team! It was a pleasure doing business with you. More
