They were so kind and thoughtful. never were we pushed to pick a vehicle and they explained everything very well. We ended up being able to purchase one. My husband was even shocked. He said how i am not sure I said but we did. Both Vince and Luis treated us like family. Everyone was so kind it was like old home week. My Experience!!! The salesman and finance person that was working with me (Mr. N. Ramirez and Ms. J. Castillo) was a true professional through out my whole process. They was still professional the next when I returned to pick up my other vehicle. Dealership was clean as possible due to the construction that was going on. The employees was very friendly. The only issue that I saw was when some of the employees weren't helping anyone their personal conversations were too loud and inappropriate in front of the customers!!! More
