Not what I expected! I originally went in a Saturday morning to service my Lancer, but ended up trading it in for an Outback! Definitely didn't expect to be walking out with a newer vehicle, but happy with my decision. Sales wasn't pushy, which was great, but the timing did take a couple hours which was unpleasant after a while. The sales team still deserves 5 stars from me though because my spouse, children and I are happy with our 2018 Outlander Sport and loving it! Thank you Elder, will definitely be enjoying my new vehicle for years to come! More

Fabulous! Would've rated 5/5 but when arrived we walked passed 1 employee and 2 employees passed us. No smile. A place for the kids to play. Elder offers first free oil change and every Thursday free car wash. Buying a car is a pain in the xxx unless you can just buy it out right. Ok? They made it almost pain less. Lol the detail shop left bird poop on the car after it was "detailed" and some sticky on the plastic of passenger seat. It wiped clean with damp cloth. Still though.
