Mike was my sales rep and kept his word! Mike kept his word. I told him 2 days prior what I needed. I traded in my boat and he did everything he said he would to make it happen. Instead of settling for basic car he was able to get me in a top of line model with all the bells and whistles and a payment I was comfortable with. Definitely coming back. He answered our questions and got answers for us we he didn't have them. The entire staff made us feel welcomed! The entire team made us feel like they were truly grateful for our business! We have had some unpleasant experiences in the past with dealerships. The floor sales manager even came over to ease our minds when we were hesitant. The entire team supported Nico and is throughout the entire process. We left today with not only a new car, but an experience to last a lifetime. We weren't treated as another "sale". Instead they wanted to build a relationship with us. The accomplishes! We will tell all our friends and people in passing to definitely go see Nico and the entire team to take care of their car needs! More

Surprise We went in just too look at vehicles and I ended up falling for a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Patience is the key in buying a vehicle. Everyone we had the pleasure to speak with were very courteous and resourceful. We went in with a pre-qualified letter and left with a better deal than what we were offered. Even if you don't fall for a Mitsubishi there inventory did not disappoint. I recommend coming on a day that you have nothing to do and are not in a hurry. We have kiddos so there boredom level was actually pretty decent. I didn't get much complaints from our children. They were very thankful for the popcorn and cookies. They love the car even more than we do! Thank you! More

Poor customer servicer from Don Mayes Went to Elder Mitsubishi to buy a new vehicle with warranty, but instead bought a very nice used one instead. My salesperson, Nico Ramirez, was wonder Went to Elder Mitsubishi to buy a new vehicle with warranty, but instead bought a very nice used one instead. My salesperson, Nico Ramirez, was wonderful. It was my first time buying and he was very kind in walking through the process with me. I really enjoyed his sense of honesty and the manners Nico demonstrated. When it came time to signing papers, Jim Choat, was another wonderful person to work with. He was patient, helpful, and funny to visit with. The reason for my one star for Don Mayes is simply he was rude. I received a text message midday while at work in all caps, asking for a call now or return the vehicle. I had not met nor talked to Don Mayes up until this point. I called as requested and spoke to Scott Mason, who explained to me that I was expected to call the bank to finalize the deal so that the dealership could receive their funding. I had mentioned to Scott that I did receive his (Scott Mason's) voicemail the evening before (6:18pm), but did not realize there was such urgency. Scott apologized and simply stated it was not an urgent thing, it was something that just needed to be done. I explained to Scott that I have been in contact with my salesperson, Nico, and was never informed of this task that was needing to be completed. I also expressed my disappointment in the way I spoken to via text message in all caps and that I expected more professionalism coming from a sales manager. Scott stated he would send me the number and reference # to call via text. I did receive the text from the same number Don Mayes had originally texted me from (this time no caps) with the needed information. The second text was a "text me back to let me know you the message". Very unprofessional. No apology for snapping earlier in the initial text and how they (the dealership) failed to notify me that there was something on my part needing to be done with adequate time. I later spoke to my salesperson, Nico, who was once again very soothing and apologetic for the way it was communicated and he stated if anything else was needed he would be the one I would hear from. Nico explained that Don Mayes has been under a lot of stress in his role and that it was not their normal way of operating. As much as I appreciated the effort to defend him, I still feel that when your entire business is customer service orientated you simply can not allow stresses of your job to press onto the customers. I am a firm believer that you can be angry because of one bad apple, so I still would recommend Elder Mitsubishi. I would however like to suggest to the dealership about providing training to Don Mayes on customer service and communication for future use. More
