STAY AWAY!! DO NOT GO HERE!! These people are incompetent and money grubbing monsters. We went to trade in a lease and kept being told lies that were then returne DO NOT GO HERE!! These people are incompetent and money grubbing monsters. We went to trade in a lease and kept being told lies that were then returned with other statements like "oh well now the bank is saying..." after were were already told what the deal was. After 7 1/2 hours of waiting(and a guarantee from our sales person my husband was already approved by the bank) I left and my husband returned with the car to tell me he had to go back tomorrow to sign the final paperwork as the bank closed. Well, then they call him and tell him he has to pay a pretty substantial down payment or have a co-signer the next day. But when we ask things like why did you tell me this other thing yesterday we get told "no one tells me anything so I don't know man". What a joke. Don't let the friendly smiling faces fool you, they don't care about you or your family at all. Our sales guy was nice but if they really give him that little power I don't get what he works there for. More
