Phenomenal, friendly, family car buying experience! I scheduled an appointment with one of the Managers SCOTT to test drive a used Ford Edge. Upon arrival SCOTT was extremely polite, he shuck not only m I scheduled an appointment with one of the Managers SCOTT to test drive a used Ford Edge. Upon arrival SCOTT was extremely polite, he shuck not only my hand but my daughters and introduced himself. He offered us both good and beverages while we awaited our salesman to be appointed. After a very short wait MICHAEL MASON, our salesman, introduced himself and seated us to begin finding out what our specific wants and needs in a vehicle were. He went over ever possible features my 11 year old thought was necessary as well as what could make me a hip mom! And after weighing the pros and cons we decided that buying brand new may be a better option than the original used plan. MICHAEL spent the entire afternoon between test drives, decifering which model and features were best and absolutely necessary for our needs as well. For once in my car buying experience I had a salesperson that actually wasn't pushy and cared about the wants and needs of this single mother. Then came finance! Most people don't say that with an exclamation point but when it comes to this car buying experience STANLEY NORWOOD is the BEST in the business for sure! He worked for hours to make sure he got me all the RIGHT numbers in all the RIGHT places and in the end HE DIDN'T DISAPPOINT! If you get the chance REQUEST STANLEY! When we were ready to close the deal CORY POMEROY was fantastic at making sure all the paperwork was explained before signing, organized to a T, and flowed just perfectly before making my final down payment to the dealership. He was extremely cordial and kept the EXCEPTIONAL car buying experience going! LAST BUT NOT LEAST... ERICA VASQUEZ is such an amazing close to the experience at ELDER MITSUBISHI! Not only did she help me understand the features and vehicle manuals as a whole but she does it all with a smile and personal touch. After watching her throughout the day, she is personable with every customer she encounters and never makes you feel like just a number. Her final touch was PROGRAMMING MY BLUETOOTH AND PHONE PAIRING! Definitely making it a phenomenal finale! Overall ELDER MITSUBISHI isn't about cheesy commercials on the radios, they are about people who care genuinely about the customer they serve and about making customers life long. I've bought from many dealerships before but ELDER has my business for good! If you're looking for a dealership with noncomissioned salespeople, family friendly, and the ability to just walk the lot without worry I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing just what I did and you'll thoroughly find that you enjoy the experience and the staff!
