ROBERT JACK IS THE BEST I went into Elder after 2 months of having no car because I was hit by a drunk driver. I also went in with literally everything working against me; I' I went into Elder after 2 months of having no car because I was hit by a drunk driver. I also went in with literally everything working against me; I'm young, not so great credit, very little money and I had just started a new job. Then, by the grace of God, Robert Jack was placed in my life. This man seriously made the entire experience so worth it. He bent over backwards to make sure I left with the car that I wanted even with my difficult circumstances. The first day at Elder, Robert stayed an hour and half after the dealership closed to sit with me while I waited for a ride. The next day he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and in a brand new car, even though I kept him and his team after hours once again. He was the most honest, understanding and just over all caring car salesman I have ever come in contact with. Also huge shout out to the team in the back who were running the numbers and talking to the banks and working whatever magic they're blessed with to make my less than satisfactory circumstances work in my favor. I will seriously recommend Elder Mitsubishi and Robert Jack to anyone and everyone I know looking for a car. I'd also like to note that I wasn't compensated whatsoever for this review, I'm just seriously so so so amazed by the service I received and how amazing this dealership and its salesmen are.
