When we weren’t over the moon about the initial offer, Nico and the Elder Mitsubishi team worked hard for us to get the deal WE wanted. The entire process was simple, stress-free, and exciting. Super Amazing and Super Helpful I came in needing a vehicle! I had just moved in to Cedar Park, and using Uber and Lyft was getting to be too expensive going to work compared to wher I came in needing a vehicle! I had just moved in to Cedar Park, and using Uber and Lyft was getting to be too expensive going to work compared to where I used to live. Everyone was super friendly as soon as I walked into the place. They were very attentive and they actually treat you as a friend than a customer compared to other places. It took us 3 days because i kept having to go to work. But Michael worked with me and kept in contact with me on things I needed and what they needed. I was straight forward with him when I first came in and let them know that I had just moved in and didn’t have much for anything except for the insurance. And that my credit was HORRIBLE! In the end...I was able to get a car! They really did work hard and try to find me a bank that would help me. They worked miracles! I can’t remember one of the other guys name who helped me, he was dealing with all the financial stuff with the bank. But I’d like to thank him too! Now I finally was able to delete my Uber and Lyft apps from my phone! I can’t thank them enough! Thank You All! More

ROBERT JACK IS THE BEST I went into Elder after 2 months of having no car because I was hit by a drunk driver. I also went in with literally everything working against me; I' I went into Elder after 2 months of having no car because I was hit by a drunk driver. I also went in with literally everything working against me; I'm young, not so great credit, very little money and I had just started a new job. Then, by the grace of God, Robert Jack was placed in my life. This man seriously made the entire experience so worth it. He bent over backwards to make sure I left with the car that I wanted even with my difficult circumstances. The first day at Elder, Robert stayed an hour and half after the dealership closed to sit with me while I waited for a ride. The next day he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and in a brand new car, even though I kept him and his team after hours once again. He was the most honest, understanding and just over all caring car salesman I have ever come in contact with. Also huge shout out to the team in the back who were running the numbers and talking to the banks and working whatever magic they're blessed with to make my less than satisfactory circumstances work in my favor. I will seriously recommend Elder Mitsubishi and Robert Jack to anyone and everyone I know looking for a car. I'd also like to note that I wasn't compensated whatsoever for this review, I'm just seriously so so so amazed by the service I received and how amazing this dealership and its salesmen are.
