When we weren’t over the moon about the initial offer, Nico and the Elder Mitsubishi team worked hard for us to get the deal WE wanted. The entire process was simple, stress-free, and exciting. (That’s hard to come by when car shopping!) You won’t find the typical “pushy car salesman” with Nico. Super Amazing and Super Helpful I came in needing a vehicle! I had just moved in to Cedar Park, and using Uber and Lyft was getting to be too expensive going to work compared to wher I came in needing a vehicle! I had just moved in to Cedar Park, and using Uber and Lyft was getting to be too expensive going to work compared to where I used to live. Everyone was super friendly as soon as I walked into the place. They were very attentive and they actually treat you as a friend than a customer compared to other places. It took us 3 days because i kept having to go to work. But Michael worked with me and kept in contact with me on things I needed and what they needed. I was straight forward with him when I first came in and let them know that I had just moved in and didn’t have much for anything except for the insurance. And that my credit was HORRIBLE! In the end...I was able to get a car! They really did work hard and try to find me a bank that would help me. They worked miracles! I can’t remember one of the other guys name who helped me, he was dealing with all the financial stuff with the bank. But I’d like to thank him too! Now I finally was able to delete my Uber and Lyft apps from my phone! I can’t thank them enough! Thank You All! More
