I traded in my old vehicle that had negative equity, and didn't put any money down, but was still able to leave with a brand new Outlander Sport. The salesman, JJ, was super friendly and informative and really listened to what I wanted. I didn't have to settle on a lesser model or a color I didn't like...he pulled a vehicle that had everything I was looking for. Johanna in the finance department made sure that I got everything I needed included in my financing, and was super informative...made me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend that you give Elder a shot if you're looking for a new car! More

Yosiah was very friendly and helpful. I went to the dealership only to gather information on purchasing a vehicle. It was quite busy but we were quickly greeted and offered refreshments. I explained that I was only there for info but he was so informative and helpful that I ended up staying throughout the entire process and ended up leaving with a vehicle that night.
