Everything I hoped for in a car buying experience! I was in the market for a new(er) vehicle and got turned down by several places in Austin that said I needed a co-signer. Elder Mitsubishi has catchy commercials so it was always on the back of my mind. We traveled to Cedar Park and upon arrival, were promptly greeted by salesman Manny Perez. He took the time to ask questions and learn about my needs and requirements in a vehicle. I brought along my 2 year old and he was unfazed by her typical toddler behavior and did not seem bothered or annoyed. He made the paperwork process as painless as possible and constantly kept us "in the loop". I have less than perfect credit, so this was a longer than normal process. After showing us different makes, models, and years of vehicles, the manager found me the perfect vehicle. They stayed within my range of monthly payment amount and since a new vehicle option was off the table, I got a low mileage option. I'm extremely happy with the service I received. The Elder staff worked tirelessly to make my dream a reality! More
