Our sales agent, Michael, went above and beyond on several occasions. The most noteworthy of all was when Michael personally waited with me, several hours after closing time, to ensure that I was able to drive my new vehicle home, providing tips, etc. His own car was running, and he was driving out of the parking lot, late in the evening, and he stopped and came back when he saw that I appeared to be walking around my car in the dark, looking for new switches, etc. That was very much appreciated. Cory and Don did not hesitate to assist, several times throughout the purchase process. Finally, Robert, the dealership manager, took time himself to answer questions, address concerns and help us "across the finish line". He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional.
