Listened to me and worked a few different angles. I drove a 2018 Outlander Sport which was BEAUTIFUL and perfect!! And after several minutes and a few jokes later, the manager asked him to show me a different vehicle, 2017 Dodge Journey. About 30 min later I was approved and signing my papers. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. No pushing....no making me feel like I couldn't walk away. Cody was sweet, funny and very personable. He was great with my kids and included them in the sale. I'll definitely be going back there when it's time to upgrade 😊 thank you everyone at Elder Mitsubishi for everything you did.
