Misinformation Overall had a good experience while making the purchase, however the 2 incentives offered were misleading. First was the free car washes... I was never told that the free car washes were only on Thursdays, and only during normal working hours... I’ll never be able to take advantage of this incentive. The 2nd was a $25 gift card. This card is very restricted as most restaurants require a minimum $50 purchase to use the $25 card... not sure about you but I rarely spend $50 at a restaurant so I’ll likely not be able to use this either. More

I have seen the TV commercials and have heard the radio spots for several years and I have always wondered if they really can do what they advertise. I am here to tell you that they CAN do it and will work with you to get you a car! No high pressure sales. My salesperson, Michael Stryker and Marli Mondragon (Finance) patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) and expalined the process end to end. My wife and I walked in around 5:30 PM and drove out with an SUV at 9:00 PM. I would recommend Michael and Marli to anyone in need of a car. More
