Treated like dirt after buying a car. I came in last Sunday to get my plates put on. The backstory is that after 5 weeks I called to check on them. Three days later I called back and was told, "Oh sorry. I meant to call. Yes they are in." So Sunday I was told that they could only install the rear license plate. That I could return Monday or Tuesday. I called Tuesday was told to call the Service Department since I drive from Bastrop. They told me they close at 6. I called Elder again and the lady said she needed to talk to a manager. To which I was sent the text stating that a manager would take care of me even if the Service Department was closed. 6:10 I got there and Vince told me there was nothing he could do as ONLY the Service Department could put on the plates. That I should return another day, and he would give me a tank of gas. Saturday I returned and to my surprise A MEMBER OF THE SALES DEPARTMENT put on my plates. However, since another buyer said I referred them (and I got $100 on the spin), but the accountant had been out since Tuesday, that I would have to contact them Monday. This is some of the worst customer service I have received to date by a car dealership! I feel like once I bought the car and gave the 10-star feedback that I became a pain. I plan on publishing the content of this email to every social media resource I can access and putting it on Elder's web page. Additionally, when I go in for my service needs, warning every buyer of the ensuing service that awaits them. More
