As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away and asked us what we needed. We felt truly cared for there with everybody who helped us. We originally came there for our car that we did not buy there b asked us what we needed. We felt truly cared for there with everybody who helped us. We originally came there for our car that we did not buy there but it was a Mitsubishi Mirage, we had questions about our car. We traded our car and bought an Outlander sport 2.0 LE. Lorraine had helped us first with our car and then we had asked her more questions that she didn’t know much since she only deals with the service part of the dealership, so she had gotten another member, Ryan who is a salesman to help us out. He was truly wonderful, patient, and very helpful through out the whole entire process. We strongly recommend everyone who wants to get a new car to go to Elder Mitsubishi Motors in Killeen Texas. More
