She told Steve that if he had the car she was looking for on the lot she would buy it today . Steve jumped right on it , he disappeared for a few mins then came back with the vehicle. The guy was absolutely amazing. My wife saw the vehicle and immediately fell in love with it . She told Steve ‘“this is the car I’m buying today “ .Steve showed my wife and I the interior, engine compartment , and numerous bells , whistles and capabilities . He then let her test drive it . He never , ever pressured her or rushed her during the test drive .or at any other time during the purchase. When we returned from the test drive Steve took it from there, he set everything up in order to close the deal . He’s a great sales representative. Steve made the sure that Alex , who was extremely knowledgeable, went over all features of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot She is absolutely amazing .
