I went in with very low expectations. Just needed a car, and I needed it asap. I was met by Ethan at my appointed time before I even got through the door. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, and made everything easy to understand. He was not pushy at all. It felt like I was doing business with a friend who had my best interests at heart and wanted to do right by me in every way. I walked in having no idea how I was going to qualify to get a used car and certainly not a new one. I'm still in shock right now as I'm writing this that I'm the owner of a brand new 2024 car. Ethan and I went through different scenarios and options until he came up with one that was perfect for me. I bought my last car 20 years ago under much better circumstances, and that experience pales in comparison to this one. Why? Because of Ethan's outstanding service. Flawless. More
