Michael and Jeff offered us pricing and the vehicle with the features we wanted in less than 10 minutes. The other guys had made us wait 1 hour while they retrieved pricing options for us. Elder was fast, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable and honest. They helped us narrow down the features we needed at a price we could afford, which was so so much less than the other lease pricing we were offered at a different dealer. They didn't try to sell us on more expensive features that we didn't need. They made the whole process so easy. They were able to answer all our questions and concerns. We really felt like they cared about us as customers, and you don't always get that from a car dealership. We love our Santa Fe and love this dealership. We definitely recommend them! More
