Excellent experience! Had to take my new Explorer in for service and repair. I receieved nothing but excellent customer service. Service I had to follow up to ensure my vehicle was ready on time, as requested. Car wash was broken. Nobody had told me Uber was the new version of shuttle service, which I shared I needed a shuttle at time of booking. Pricing seemed like thpical dealer pricing, no advantage by using Elder Ford over another dealership. I purchased my vehicle here. More

Lack of responsiveness from Management We brought our vehicle in for service regarding a noise by the driver side door and an oil change. When we picked up the vehicle we noticed there was We brought our vehicle in for service regarding a noise by the driver side door and an oil change. When we picked up the vehicle we noticed there was additional an 500 miles on the car and I could not get an answer on Why this happen. I called and left multiple voicemails for both Mike Hennagir and Jorge Acosta concerning the mileage and no one returned my calls. I took our vehicle to Ford of Wesley Chapel just to document the mileage that was on the vehicle. I blindly trusted your service department and never thought I'd run into an issue like this and I would never have believed my complaint would have been disregarded the way it was. We bought our car from Elder Ford and drove from Wesley chapel just to get it service. I hope this helps correct any future issues. More

Never returns calls Dealing with the service department is fine and Carlos the service manager is great. But the multiple times I have tried to schedule work through the Dealing with the service department is fine and Carlos the service manager is great. But the multiple times I have tried to schedule work through the accessory department they never call back. My leveler kit took three weeks and 4 times I was told I would be called back in an hour and heard nothing for days. When I called back. Carlos fixed it ASAP when I took it to him. Just tried to schedule a remote start kit. Same thing my call back in an hour to schedule it took 9 days. I don’t like to chase people to spend money with them More

Great. Convenient. Waiting area is baby friendly. Service was so customer friendly. Did the recall repairs thoroughly. They even have a changing table in the men's room. Easy in easy out Went in for a simple recall and came out with no other problems. I used to go to another ford and they always found a problem with one of my vechlies Went in for a simple recall and came out with no other problems.
