Working with Kent (Christopher) was great, it felt like he made an earnest effort to work with me and find a vehicle when the ones I had been interested in were not available. Placing the onus on the customer, knowing exactly how much information they have, and acting like they're unreasonable, isn't clever, it's slimy and obvious. The finance process was fairly quick, though there was some miscommunication regarding an additional package. It was sorted out quickly, however I am concerned that when the amount financed increased by $3K, it was not mentioned, and I had to realize this based on the payments prior to signing. Bullet dodged, not sure where the communication was missed, but it will cause me to be more mindful of the invoices I receive while doing any further business with Lithia / Elder Ford. More

I had it as a 5 star review as I had a good experience buying. But two years later my truck needs warranty work and my truck is not showing as certified in Ford's system. I have tried now 5 days to get this resolved and keep getting passed around and no call backs from a manager to correct. Finally got a manager on the phone, he said he sees the powertrain warranty but when I asked him about the bumper to bumper he asked to get on hold again, came back and said "let me transfer to you to service" and did it immediately without me even saying anything. It should not be this hard to talk to someone to resolve an issue. More
