They were very difficult to deal with in getting a fair value for m After trying to worka deal with a local Ford Dealership in Orlando for 3 1/2 days. They were very difficult to deal with in getting a fair value for my trades. I did an Internet search for an F-250 with the options I wanted, and Elder Ford came up with one in inventory. Originally I was looking for an XLT, but went with the Lariat that came up in the search. I called and talked to Geoff Patterson and explained my situation. I sent pics, VIN's, and payoff info for the trades. In a few hours Geoff got back with us offering us more money for my trades. We did the credit app and financing over the phone, and received a rate quote and payment options. It all took less than 5-6 hours via phone and emails. The very next day we picked the truck up and was assisted by Ken Lee with the paperwork, and couldn't be happier. It was well worth the 81 mile drive to Tampa. Unfortunately I had a service issue with the truck and took it back for repairs. In no way are/were they responsible for the issue but are bending over backwards to take care of it. This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with in the 23 years that I have been purchasing vehicles. More

After being disappointed by the first place we were pleasantly surprised by the experience at Elder Ford. Their facility is state of the art inside & out. They had over 40 - 2015 Mustang's in stock between their ecoboost, GT, Roush, etc... (the first dealer had 6). Even though they didn't have the exact color GT we were wanting they tried to locate it for us. Eric was very knowledgeable about the Mustang GT's & informed us all they had to offer. Even though they couldn't find the exact color GT we were originally wanting we purchased the one we test drove. Eric is willing to go the extra mile to accommodate the customer. Nacer was great in financing. He was very knowledgeable about the different options for warranties, etc. We are extremely pleased with our experience at Elder Ford! We will definitely be a return customer should the need arise. More
