Horrible experience from service all the way to GM Terald Ho We bought a used vehicle from them and later found they knew about mechanical problems it had. They convinced us to take it to their service departmen We bought a used vehicle from them and later found they knew about mechanical problems it had. They convinced us to take it to their service department for repairs. After a lot of run around and deception, we had to take it to another mechanic to repair it and we then found they had driven it 30 miles and ruined the engine while it was in their care. The GM was extremely rude and deceptive and despite admitting fault and saying he would help with costs he had not done so. More

My new toy I loved my experience here at Elder Ford of Tampa. I normally cannot stand going to a dealership, because I feel like just a number or they are trying to push me to buy, so they can get me out the door and get on to the next number. It is not this way at Elder Ford. Jerry Clementi took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. We were first looking at just getting me into a 15 focus, which was an economical choice for me, over my SUV. Between Jerry and the finance team, including Geoff, they were able to get me into a 16 Fusion SE, with the appearance package. I've never really pushed to ever get a "toy" persay, when it comes to vehicles. I honestly could not be happier with this Fusion. I LOVE my new toy. With the experience I had, I hope that Terald, Carrie, and Jerry are there when I go to get my next vehicle. This is my 2nd one from Elder Ford, and I don't plan on buying a car, or truck, from anywhere else. More

I had the pleasure of corresponding with Naz Rodriguez for a couple of weeks and then I came in and Mauricio Rojo worked with me to find my perfect vehicle. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently things got done. Mauricio took his time to explain everything to me and was very patient as he showed me several vehicles to choose from. He also took great care of me as he showed me how to work some of the features in my new car. I had a great experience here. Also, Ken Huckabee was very good at explaining the finance portion of the deal with me. Everyone here is so friendly and willing to please. I will recommend Elder Ford to my friends and family.
