The dealership was everything I would expect a contemporary dealership to be. The big differentiator was the attentiveness, attention to detail, thoroughness and overall professionalism of Caroline Guest. I am an executive with The IBM Corporation currently and I have led many large sales organizations in the technology business for many many years. Naturally I have hired many excellent sales people. I would hire Caroline in any one of the technology companies I have been with. She is going somewhere fast. Oddly her name is not listen below, but even more odd is that you have no women in sales. All men. Women are better in sales in most cases based on my experience. Hire more. And list Carolines name down there for Pete's sake! In fact it should be listed first. . More

You could really tell he loved his job working at Elder Ford with all the specialty vehicles he is fortunate enough to sell. So I made an appointment and met with Jason and General Manager Terald Hopkins. Let me just say these gentlemen went way above and beyond for me in every way This demonstrated to me that customer service and satisfaction was their top priority This was the most pleasant new car purchased for me in many years..I have always dreaded going to car dealerships because the way I have been treated. Well I can assure you at Elder Ford they are very friendly and helpful and honest. They have definitely earned my business for me, my family, and friends for life. I will never buy a new article from any other dealership. My new Mustang GT 350 was special order and can't wait for the day I pick it up. Great Service with Quick Write Up On an iPad First time bringing my Ford C-Max Energi into this dealership. I was immediately greeted by Michael Neff who was very friendly, exceptionally quick a First time bringing my Ford C-Max Energi into this dealership. I was immediately greeted by Michael Neff who was very friendly, exceptionally quick and efficient putting everything in on his iPad. I liked being greeted that way right in my car. He was upfront that they would probably have to order the parts for the recall but that they could get all of my other service work knocked out that same day... without an appointment. Everything was done right and they even cleaned my vehicle at NO CHARGE. What a nice touch!!! Definitely recommend and will return for future service visits. Was so happy that I let their Service Manager, Dennis Russ and their General Manager, Terald Hopkins know. These guys were all terrific. More
