THIS IS MY DEALERSHIP FROM NOW ON. PAUL & I WERE WORKING ON A DEAL THAT TOOK 2 FULL DAYS BECAUSE OF THE COMPLEXITY OF IT. THE MAN CAME THE NEXT DAY ON HIS DAY OFF TO FINISH THE DEAL. MIKE BROWN CAME WORKING ON A DEAL THAT TOOK 2 FULL DAYS BECAUSE OF THE COMPLEXITY OF IT. THE MAN CAME THE NEXT DAY ON HIS DAY OFF TO FINISH THE DEAL. MIKE BROWN CAME IN ON THE SECOND DAY AND WORKED HIS BUTT OFF TO FIND A WAY TO MAKE THE DEAL HAPPEN. ALTHOUGH I WAS A TIRED OF BEING THERE 2 DAYS IN A ROW ALL DAY, I GIVE BOTH PAUL & MIKE BROWN xxxxxxFOR GOING ABOVE & BEYOND THE CALL TO MAKE A DEAL HAPPEN WHEN IT LOOKED LIKE IT WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN BY THE SECOND DAY. Outstanding customer service. This dealer was 2 hrs from my home. Prior to my visit Ed Michaels was very responsive to my questions, quickly providing photos and videos of the vehicle. The vehicle was ready for me to test drive upon arrival. The negotiation process was not un-pleasant and the transaction went smoothly. I had planned to trade-in but was unable to reach agreement on price. I choose to purchase the new vehicle but kept my old car. I was worried about how I would get my old car back to my home. Ed volunteered to drive my old car back to my house the next day! At no cost to me! This is true customer service and it far exceeded my expectations. I first came to Elder Ford with interest in a Blue Jeep Laredo but instantly fell in love with a Green Grand Cherokee Limited Edition that they also had on inventory. After working with the inital salesman we were not able to come to an agreement on price. The original price was too far out of my reach. I was then quoted two different prices after calling to try to work out a deal with an additonal salesmanager. I was really upset with the price changes but was then contacted by Ed Michaels. Ed was very helpful and did everything he could to make the deal work for me. We were able to work out a deal that prior to speaking with him was never managable. He was very nice, understanding, and overall, has been the best salesman I have worked with before. This was the 9th dealership I worked with in a 2 month time frame before working with Elder and this was the best customer service I experienced. After signing the final papers I informed Ed that I drove a rental over and needed a way to get it back to my residence. Without hesitation Ed was nice enough to follow me to my house to drop off the rental, drive me back to the dealership so I would be able to leave in the new Jeep. The deal with Ed could not have worked out any better, and I could not have been more happy. He also contacted me a few days after the purchase to check in with me regarding my new vehicle. It was a great feeling knowing he wanted to reach out to see how my new Jeep was working out for me. I would 100% recommed working with Elder Ford and would recommed working with Ed Michaels if you have the chance too. Ed and his manager Mark even threw in 3 free tanks of gas and 2 free oil changes. I just want to say thank you for everything you have done and have been been more happy with a new vehicle! More

All it took were two short phone calls and Ed cut me an unbeatable deal. He instilled so much confidence in me that I didn't have a second thought about catching a ride down to Tampa from Atlanta two days later to pick up my truck. When I arrived, Ed had it detailed, fully gassed up and waiting for me right up front. After a quick test drive, we went through the painless process of faxing my financing form to USAA and printing off my insurance. It was a snap. Any car dealership horror story is rendered completely irrelevant after my experience at Elder with Ed Michaels. In no way could I have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Being an old school bigger is better Big block V-8 guy I cant get over the power and torque of the Ecoboost engine, xxxx it seems more powerful with less effort i can't explain it, Alien technology has arrived. Anyway enough about me, I would highly reccommend checking out these car pros if you want a low stress car buying experience from a very knowledgeable staff from my initial meeting with Ed Michaels all the way through finance with Michelle. My husband and I came to Elder Ford to check out a 2013 Ford Edge, I have had a 2008 Edge for over 4'years (bought this vehicle from Ernie Haire Ford), we are definitely Ford "people" so came back to the d Ford Edge, I have had a 2008 Edge for over 4'years (bought this vehicle from Ernie Haire Ford), we are definitely Ford "people" so came back to the dealer that took over that business and we are both SO glad we did!! We came the 1st time on Thurs., Nacer Menouni came up to us and listened to what we were looking at, showed us the Edge's available, asked us if we wanted to take a test drive in one we were REALLY looking at closely, I was pleasantly surprised he tole us to go, he would be there when we returned! I have never had a sales person do that, that trust factor was AWESOME!! We ame back yesterday to see what we could purchase this vehicle for bottom line, Nacer did a wonderful job working with my husband that was in sales himself until he retired recently, but really made Nacer and Jeff work hard to get our business! And we weren't really planning on purchasing a new car yesterday, really was just checking out the possibility, yet things went so well we now have a beautiful 2013 Edge!! :) I gave this dealership all 5's mostly because of Nacer Menouni's awesome way of treating his customers, and Jeff's coolness under extreme stress dealing with my sweetie during the process of coming to the great price we got on our Edge!! Woo Hoo, I am a very happy woman today, thanks so much to all of the guys we dealt with, including Beau (?)
