I was originally looking for a used car but after talking to the sales manager I was convinced that leasing a new car was actually a better option for me, considering that I no longer have long, daily commut to the sales manager I was convinced that leasing a new car was actually a better option for me, considering that I no longer have long, daily commutes to work. I'm so happy I did it! The sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - I did not feel as though I was being pressured to do something against my best interest. Because the new car had only arrived the day before, I had to make a second trip to the dealership to pick up a duplicate key. There was also a glitch with the financial paperwork, so I had to sign the contract that next day, also. The sales person all but bent over backward to make up for the extra trip, even offering me a free tank of gas! The finance office staff was extra apologetic about the wait for the contract, and then gave me a discount on the tire & wheel coverage, which was added to the lease agreement. I would say everyone there went out of their way to make my experience a positive one, and I truly appreciated it. More

Our total experience was absolutely fantastic! I am a tough customer and was going to go to Tennessee to purchase my New 2012 FX4... it seemed they had the best deal going, but I thought...wait lets see tough customer and was going to go to Tennessee to purchase my New 2012 FX4... it seemed they had the best deal going, but I thought...wait lets see if any Ford Dealership will give me a similar deal here in the Tampa Bay Area?? I called around and the best friendliest people can be found right here in the Tampa Bay at: Elder Ford. When I first inquired a girl took down all my information and then with-in 10 minutes a salesperson called me back and then put the sales manager Jeff Bass on the phone. He assured me that he would get any vehicle I wanted along with the best price. I thought...Ok let see. Jeff personally called me back 1 hour later and explained that he found the truck I wanted in Orlando and could have it there later that day and he would beat the out the door price I received in Tennessee by $50.00!!! Well he did and when I came into the dealership later that day he turned me over to a spectacular men name Maurice Rojo: The Internet Manager. Maurice explained that he personally went to Orlando to get the truck and was very familiar with the vehicle and went on to explain every little detail to my wife and I... It was simply the best explanation of any vehicle we ever bought! He went over everything from the air conditioned seats, GPS to programming our phones and reprogramming a new code for the door locks on the driver's door. He took us out for a good demonstration ride to make sure we understood everything. This is a dealership that gives you a great price and truly wants you to come back for service and to buy your next vehicle from them. I live in the Indian Rocks Beach area and not one dealership in Pinellas County came close to giving my wife and I the price or respect that is deserved when buying a new car as did the Elder Ford Team in Tampa Florida.
