VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Sales person start argument instead make numbers he just say that my trade in was to low and my payment will be like 4 to 5 hundred. He offer 1500 lower that every dealer i went i even show there aprecial. He told no he cant, but dont offer option. he didnt know if i will accept the payment. Got very bad attitude in from of my family make me feel very bad.Bad for business. They call me almost every day to tell me got a great deal for me. I drive 2 times 15 miles and he told me that he is unawere that they got better deal and say there team dont know about car and he is the car guy. Made the process of purchasing a car quick and easy! Eric made purchasing our new Ford Flex a pleasant experience. After obtaining the best quotes we drove to Elder For We had shopped around for a new 2015 F350 Platinum truck for 2 weeks within a 1000 mile radius . After obtaining the best quotes we drove to Elder Ford to see if they could match or beat the best quote we had. Not only did they beat the other dealers offers but the service and professional sales approach of Bill Geiger , Geoff Patterson and Jason harrison was outstanding. We drove away in our new Ford truck that night with all our paperwork in order and a full tank of fuel as a bonus for the trip home. Its nice to know that a local dealer within an hour of us can not only be best in price but also in service and honesty.
