The other dealership (near the stadium) claimed to have a "computer error" that conveniently left off the dealer fee and overstated one of the discounts on the offer sheet, so now we were expected to be okay with paying $800 more than our agreed upon price. You would think that they would try to make it right since it was their error, and we were already in the process of finalizing the sale. Nope, so we left and ended up at Elder Ford. Jessi was very professional and sensitive to the fact that we were given the run around. She didn't have the same vehicle with the exact options that we had at the other dealership, but she did discuss other options (including special ordering what we wanted). In fact, Jessi showed us a model that was a step up from what were would have bought. But the difference with Elder was that they were very fair about the price, they didn't low ball our trade in, and they offer the lifetime powertrain warranty at no additional cost. We felt that we got a better value at Elder Ford without the slimy car sales tricks. Jessi also followed up with us as expected. We had asked her about some accessories, and she made sure to have someone call us the next morning. By the afternoon, she was calling herself to make sure we had been contacted and was satisfied. Don't think I would have had that kind of follow through at the other dealership! Would definitely recommend Elder Ford over the other Ford dealerships. Aside from their great customer experience, the dealer upgrades and lifetime power train warranty puts them at the top of their competition. More
