Shaun is my new servise advisor other service guy was no longer there. I Remember years ago I never had to make appointment for oil change., but guess it’s changed. or different times now. They use too have 2 people at service desk and it says on sign quick oil change or something like that.. it had been awhile since my last time at service. The $14.95 coupon was fantastic. While Maurice was showing me the new mustang 5.0 he also helped with service for my 2016 Ford Fusion titanium. I have purchased 4 vehicles from elder ford Tampa and my neighbor across the street from me I put a note on there front door to go to elder ford Tampa and talk to maurice, Maurice has been my salesman for 4 yrs and he will always be my salesman and no one else. Great Service I spoke with Ralph on the phone and from that point he went to work for me to insure I got what I was looking for. I said it's been done at Ford garages but he didn't care.so I called Port Richey Ford and they took care of everything no charge. My f150 looks like the day I bought it and has never been touched by anyone but Ford. I am still under factory warranty, And have done service on time or early. More
