I bought a brand new car from this dealer at the end of January and it has been in the shop ever since. When I purchased the car it had an active recall so I was not able to drive the car home the day I b January and it has been in the shop ever since. When I purchased the car it had an active recall so I was not able to drive the car home the day I bought it. I had a promise from the dealer they would fix the recall and get the car back to me. So Tuesday of the next week I received the car back with an assurance the recall was fixed. A week later I received a phone call from the service department to tell me the recall was NOT fixed and I needed to bring it back in. On top of all this I paid them to do the window tint which I was assured was the best in the business. When I examined the tint I found creases, bubbles and inconsistencies on each window. When I called to ask why the job was so poor they told me the tint guy called out sick so they let the parts guy do it. For $300 I would say that is a bad decision. Upon bringing the car back to the dealer for the second round of the recall and to have the tint removed I was ensured I would have a rental car reserved. Well, as these things tend to go, that did not happen. So I waited around the dealer for an hour for a rental. When the rental didn't show I asked my service advisor where it was and she stated my best bet was just to walk down and get it. Being a female I was not comfortable walking down Florida Ave. by myself but since I was already late to work I went ahead and did it. When I arrived at the rental car agency I found out my A+ service advisor never called in the rental. At this point I am now and hour and a half late back to work. So, needless to say I decided this dealer was completely incompetent and took my car back. Now my car is sitting at another dealer waiting for the recall to be fixed because the part is on back order. I have now not had use of my NEW car for going on 15 days. Needless to say I would advise anyone buying a Ford product to stay far away from this dealer. There are plenty of other Ford dealers that do not treat their customers like garbage. More

The sales team was friendly , professional and knowledgeable about their inventory. They answered all the questions I had about my vehicle and even sat with me to understand all the financial incentives that were being offered at the time of my purchase. I was not subject to any pressure tactics and left the dealership feeing confident knowing I had all the information I needed to make my purchase. After purchasing the vehicle I chose to do all my vehicle services with Elder Ford. The dealership has a well trained professional service department but part and parcel of running any business is acknowledging mistakes can happen. What sets apart a successful business that earns customer loyalty from other establishments is the way they treat their customers. The service team and Elder Ford went above and beyond in helping compensate me for a small cosmetic mishap that happened when installing a new tire to my vehicle. From communication, to timeliness and answering general concerns Elder Ford was there every step of the way with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will always be returning to Elder Ford to continue the service needs for my new vehicle. From the beautiful showroom, accomadating rest area and friendly staff , you can’t go wrong with Elder Ford ! More

Worst experience I've have had! I had a recall on airbags. Dropped car off at 8:30 am. Johany was my first service advisor. He was nice, but never called to update me about the car n I had a recall on airbags. Dropped car off at 8:30 am. Johany was my first service advisor. He was nice, but never called to update me about the car needing more time and didn't tell me he wouldn't be working the following day. I had to call twice before I could get someone on the phone the first day. Johany made it sound like it had been done for a while, but when i tried to pick it up at 6pm it was brought out of the shop. They said it wasn't done (an airbag light was on they needed to addressed). I was told it was a quick fix and could pick it up the next day. I called at 9:30 no one called me back. I called 4 times and was finally told at 12:30 it was done. I came half hour after and service rep (Chris) was extremely rude to me. Said guy I worked with previous day was out and asked me if someone told me it was ready. It was still in garage. I tried to tell him what i had been through. He blamed me for coming too early to pick up the truck. I am not confident the work was done correctly. I was going to get my clutch done at Elder, but will never return after this experience. I will also tell everyone i know not to go there. I called 4 times and left multiple vms for random people i was transferred to before reaching Erica O. She was nice and went to the shop (because no one would answer her) and called me back (the second day). She said truck was ready but paperwork was still being completed. She said if I came in half hour it would be ready. Chris was last person I saw and was so rude. He couldn't get anyone in the shop to bring my truck out to me so started doing work for other people. I told him I had someone waiting for me and after 15 mins or more he decided to go see if he could find out if the truck was ready. 1 and a half days for airbags? I lost money due to missed work and my mom had to Uber to her cancer treatment. I was also told my brakes need work. Just had $1000 in brakework done 200 miles ago. No one told me what looked worn about the brakes and by the time I went to get the truck I was so frustrated I didn't bring up the concern. More
