My part had to be ordered and the holiday added challenges to the process. Anyway, Marty and the techs came through and my final cost was spot on (no extra surprises). I also received VIP treatment, which goes a long way when your vehicle is out of commission. More

Good People - high purchase fees The people are extemely friendly and they do pretty well at getting you in and out as time is important. The salesman Garrett was knowledgeable about the different vehicles and spent time uncovering our needs. the finance manager Jim was able to provide us with extra warranty and vehicle Protection and still stay within our payment budget. I am extremely happy with our purchase and look forward to purchasing another vehicle within the next year. I would not do business anywhere else. Garrett and elder ford made a customer for life. Unfortunately I do not have the sales managers card with me currently and I forget his name. This gentleman made the entire buying experience one that I have never had before. He was able to find us the perfect vehicle in our budget and refused to sell us one outside our payment range; even though we tried. This was important as it showed integrity and true caring for the customer. I have lived in the Tampa community for many years now and have heard about the great things that Rob Elder and staff have done for the community especially for fallen first responders. That was one of the main reasons I decided to come to elder ford. Coming from a family of first responders I could never thank the dealership enough for the things they have done for others. Now I am proud to say I am an Elder Ford customer and look forward to working with everyone at the dealership again. More
