I had it as a 5 star review as I had a good experience buying. But two years later my truck needs warranty work and my truck is not showing as certified in Ford's system. I have tried now 5 days to get th buying. But two years later my truck needs warranty work and my truck is not showing as certified in Ford's system. I have tried now 5 days to get this resolved and keep getting passed around and no call backs from a manager to correct. Finally got a manager on the phone, he said he sees the powertrain warranty but when I asked him about the bumper to bumper he asked to get on hold again, came back and said "let me transfer to you to service" and did it immediately without me even saying anything. It should not be this hard to talk to someone to resolve an issue. More
