Managers need to learn customer service. I was not satisfied by how they handled my issues and wanted to offer less that what I payed for on my vehicle. I brought our 2016 T250 in because it would go over 10mph. I got an estimate for over 9k and no verbal communication at all, just a video. I got it back on the road at another shop for $75.
